ITA alumnus Joshua teaches English in Singapore and is 1 of 12 finalists for the International TEFL Academy 2019 Teach Abroad Film Festival.

Get to know Joshua more: Upon completing his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Biology at the University of Arizona, Josh and his fiancée decided to pursue their love for travel. They reduced their possessions to only what could fit in a backpack and traveled across Europe and Asia for one year. While volunteering as an English Teacher in Vietnam, Josh found his passion and love for teaching. He received his TEFL certification from International TEFL Academy in April 2018, and quickly found a job as an English teacher in Singapore, where he is currently living.
