Laura Pearce's TEFL Articles
Laura Pearce
Laura graduated from the University of Minnesota, TC, in May of 2016 with a degree in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences. She wanted to go back to graduate school for Speech Pathology but decided she'd like to do some traveling beforehand. I was thinking about volunteering abroad until she met some people who said they taught English abroad. Laura thought this would be a good way to make some money while also getting to travel, plus she loved working with children! After taking ITA's Online TEFL Course, she scored a job teaching English in Pattaya, Thailand to pre-schoolers.
